Ingredients needed for Mutta /Eggs Pathiri
250 gram Maida
salt to taste
water as reqd
Eggs as per numbers
How to prepare Mutta Pathiri:
Knead Maida, salt and water to gether to make a stiff dough.
Shape balls as of limes.
Roll them out like pooris.
Apply ghee on one side and fold the corners to the middle portion.
Heat oil, fry tese cone shaped pathiris till half cooked and remove.
Now break one egg into the cone formed. Dip in the hot oil slowly so that the egg settles down nicely.
Then fry till they get golden.
