Egg Roast Recipe

Ingredients needed for the Egg Roast
6 Eggs  hard boiled, shelled and halved
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsps coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
2 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped tomato
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 tbsp oil
2 green chillies slit ( optional)
a few Curry leaves 
Salt to taste
1 cup coconut milk (only if you need a gravy)

How to prepare the Egg Roast Gravy?
Heat oil in a fry pan, fry chopped onions, ginger and curry leaves, till the onions turn transparent.
Add the masala powders and fry well. and then add chopped tomatoes and  salt .
Cook till onions and tomatoes are cooked add  a cup of either water or coconut milk.
Add slit green chillies if needed. Once it starts boiling, simmer for a minute or two. Remove from fire.
Take a serving dish and arrange the halved eggs and pour the boiling  gravy on top of the eggs.

Points to Note:
If you do not need gravy, just add 1/2 cup of water to the masala and allow the gravy to get thicker. Do not add coconut milk.
