Tandoori Dal Paranthas

Ingredientsneeded for the Tandoori dal paranthas :
A dough made from 2 cups of wheat flour
enough water to knead the flour
Salt to taste and water

1/2 cup channa dal
1/2 cup urad dal
2 green chillies chopped nicely
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
an inch long piece of ginger
2 tsp ghee

How to prepare Tandoori Dal parantha  :
Soak both the dals together for 4-5 hours.
Then grind coarsely along with ginger and green chillies .
Add salt and red chilli powder .
Make 5-6 balls out of the dough and fill them with the stuffing. Shape them into balls again.
Roll out the paranthas, round and flat but a little thick .
Bake in a hot oven. Smear a spoonful ghee over the paranthas.
Serve with cucumber / tomato raita.
