Vegetable Kheema Parantha Recipe

Ingredients needed for the Vegetable Kheema Parantha 
A  ball of kneaded dough made with 2 cups of wheat flour, salt to taste , and water ,


Ingredients needed for the filling 
1 cup nutri granules ( soaked in water ) ,
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp green chilli paste ,
Asafoetida a pinch,
Salt to taste ,
Oil for cooking ,
1 onion chopped
Ghee optional for smearing on paranthas

How to prepare Vegetable Kheema Parantha
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
Add all the stuffing ingredients into it and cook till they are dry .
Make 4-5 balls of the dough .
Shape the ball into the shape of a cup, put the filling in and then shape it again into a ball.
Roll lightly like a chappathy, a thick one at that.
Heat a tava, put the chappathy in and cook till both sides are golden.
Serve hot with Raita and  Pickles.
