Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of cooked rice
1 onion chopped finely
1 cup finely chopped cabbage,
2 green chillies chopped
1 capsicum chopped
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 tsps butter
Salt to taste
2 tbsp grated cheese
Method:
Heat butter in a chinese wok or a non-stick fry pan.
Saute the chopped onion and green chillies, till they are transparent.
Add chopped cabbage and capsicum.
Saute for a minute or two till they get half cooked.
Add salt and pepper powder.
Mix in the cooked rice. Stir well till the rice and the vegetables blend well. Sprinkle grated cheese on top .
Serve hot with pickle and papad or some spicy curry.
