Recipe for Vegetable and Curd Salad

Ingredients needed for the Vegetable Salad 
1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
1 cup Carrot, finely chopped
1 cup Cucumber, finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
For the dressing
2 cups Fresh curd
Salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare the Vegetable Salad
Soak the vegetables in cold water.
Remove from water after a while.
Make hung curd  by tying the curd in a muslin cloth draining the extra whey out.
Mix the curd and the vegetables. Add salt and pepper, and serve chilled

Points to Note:
You need not make hung curd if you do not mind a little runny salad like a raita.
If you like the salad a little spicy add one or more green chilli as per taste.
You can add a little chat masala too if you like to make it peppier.
