Chicken Pepper Fry

Ingredients needed for the Chicken pepper Fry:
1 cup boneless chicken cut into small pieces

Marinade for the chicken:
1 tsp whole pepper crushed
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste

Ingredients needed for the gravy:
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp soya sauce
2-3 tbsp capsicum cut into small pieces
Salt to taste

How prepare Chicken pepper fry:
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Spread the curry paste well onto the chicken pieces.
Keep aside for half and hour.
Heat the oil and fry the chicken in high flame for a few seconds and remove.
Add oil into the same pan, add chopped garlic for a few seconds, add in the tomato puree, chilli flakes, chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce. Check and add salt if needed. Add the chopped capsicums and simmer for a minute.
Mix in the chicken and toss well.

Points to Note:
Serve as a side dish or as a starter / Appetizer with toothpicks.
