Ingredients needed for the easy to cook Cherry Rice
3 cups cooked Basmati Rice
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp oregano powder
300 grams fresh cherries
salt to taste
How to prepare Cherry Rice?
Heat ghee in a non stick kadai / wok.
Add the cooked rice. Add salt to taste if you have not added salt while cooking rice.
Toss gently mixing the ghee, salt and the cooked rice.
Mix in Oregano and combine well.
Place the mixed rice in a rice dish, garnish with fresh cherries.
Serve immediately.
