Recipe for the chilling Imli / Tamarind Panna

Ingredients needed for Imli / Tamarind Panna 
100 grams Tamarind
300 grams sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp roasted  and ground cumin seeds
a few mint leaves

How to prepare Imli Panna / Tamarind Panna
Wash and soak tamarind in water. Mash and strain the tamarind pulp.
Add about 3 cups pf water to the sugar and  bring it to boil. Make it a sugar syrup.
Mix the tamarind pulp and the sugar syrup together.
Add salt, black salt, cumin powder and mint leaves.
Chill and serve.
