Recipe for the all time favourites, Potato Finger chips
Ingredients for the Recipe of Potato Finger chips
1 kilo potatoes
Salt to taste
Green coriander leaves chopped
oil for deep frying
How to prepare Potato Finger chips?
Cut potatoes in to thin strips of half an inch thickness.
Keep aside spread out in plate.
Apply salt all over potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Keep aside for half an hour.
Remove excess moisture from the potato pieces by draining out and keeping them on a kitchen towel.
Heat oil to smoking point and deep fry the fingerchips to a golden colour.
Arrange in a serving dish and sprinkle chilli powder and garnish with chopped coriander. A dash of lime juice will enhance the taste.
