A Quick Minty Dip for Kababs and Samosas

This Minty Dip is quite easy to make and  a tasty one at that. You can have it with all types of fried

Ingredients needed for the Mint Dip
2 1/2 cups of curds
1 cup mint leaves
3 green chillies
1/4 cup water
Salt to taste

How to prepare the Minty Dip:
Combine all the ingredients  except the curds  and grind to a very fine paste.
Add salt to the curds and beat until it becomes smooth. Add the ground paste and beat again to mix all ingredients. Use it as dip or salad dressing.
