Paneer Stir Fry with Vegetables

For this recipe do not fry Paneer. You can use home made paneer for this. Shape in to small balls and then use  or shape into a square and then cut into small pieces.  The smaller the paneer pieces, more the taste of the dish.  


Ingredients needed for the recipe Paneer Stir Fry
200 grams paneer , cut into small bite sized pieces,
1 big capsicum
1 small onion
1 small tomato
1 tsp chilli garlic sauce
1/2 tsp chilli powder or as per taste
a pinch turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander-cumin paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
 1 tsp oil / chilli oil
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste

How to prepare Paneer Stir Fry?
Panner should cut into small pieces, smaller the better.
Similarly cut capsicum, tomato and onion into small, uniform size pieces.
Take  wide bottomed fry pan or a wok, add oil. Add tomatoes  first and cook covered till they are soft, that is about 2-3 minutes.
Add chillipaste , onions, chilli powder, coriander-cumin powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder.
Allow all the masalas to cook for about 2-4 minutes.
Then add chilli garlic sauce, salt to taste and mix well. Add capsicum and cook for another 2 minutes, mixing well.
Add paneer pieces and mix well. Remove from fire and keep covered for a minute or two.
Garnish with coriander leaves   and serve with Onion Kulcha or pita.
You can also serve with roti, paranthas or as a side dish with Pulaos.
