1 cup Koova podi
1 cup podiyari
1 cup curds
Salt to taste
How to prepare Koova Kanji:
Cook podiyari separately, keep aside.
Mix Koova podi in water. be careful to see that there are no lumps in the mix.
Then add cooked Podiyari to the mix. Bring it to boil till the kanji thickens and the koova podi gets cooked.
Add beaten curds and salt to taste .
Serve with malakkari / pachakari Kootu ( Vegetable Kootu)
