1 cup minced chicken / boiled chicken minced
1 tsp ginger minced
1 1/2 tsp garlic minced
1 sp green chillies minced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp oil
2 eggs
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chillipowder
a little curry leaves
How to prepare Chicken Thoran:
Heat oil in a frying pan. saute chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion till they get golden.
Simmer the flame and add turmeric powder and chilli powder, mix well.
Add salt to taste and chopped tomatoes. Stir till the tomatoes get soft and pulpy.
Add the chicken mince and stir well.
Cover and cook till it gets cooked.
Then add the beaten eggs.
Stir till they get the scrambled look and blend well with the chicken.
Points to Note
This can be served as a side dish with Rice, Pulaos and biryanis and Chappathis as well.
