Corn Soup

Ingredients needed for the cornsoup recipe:
1 1/2 cups corn, cooked
1tbsp chopped onions
2 tbsps butter
1 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste

For the Vegetable puree
1 big onion, cut into pieces
2 potatoes cubed
1 piece white pumkin / Ash gourd
1 cup  shredded cabbage

How to prepare the vegetable puree
You have to take a piece of Cabbage, one onion, 2 potatoes, and a little white pumpkin. Cut them into pieces and  cook them till they are tender adding enough water. Pass them through the strainer and get a thick puree.

How to prepare the Corn soup
Cook the corn separately in the pressure cooker and keep aside.
Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the cooked corn and fry  for a minute. Add a tbsp of chopped  onions, fry till tranasparent.
Add the vegetable puree and cook for a few minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves  and serve hot.
